VERICO Custom Mortgages is looking to grow our team of Mortgage Professionals!
WHO are we looking for? Strong sales agents with at least 2 years experience in the industry (licensed sub-brokers or bank specialists). Individuals who share our commitment to long term client relationships and putting the client(s) first, those who appreciate being able to spend more time focusing on sales rather than admin, and who would like to keep more of their commissions the more business they do.
WHAT we offer : a choice of split or flat fee to house and 100% commission to agent model that significantly rewards brokers originating more than $7million per year in residential mortgages. With full access to all VERICO programs and Paragon’s Tango support, our office also provides its brokers with a full service customized client communication menu at each step of the mortgage process for which the office will take care of printing, stuffing, and sending on behalf of the broker to their clients. This is just one of the variable cost assistance programs available to the brokers here on our team.
